The Heritage Center & Horizons Rehabilitation of Holiday Health Care is recruiting a nurse to fill a unit manager role on our all-female memory care unit! Our ideal candidate will be an RN or LPN and have a passion for working with individuals with dementia. The nurse unit manager will manage the nursing staff on the unit while providing the best care possible to the residents on the unit.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN/RN license in the State of Indiana
• Experience working in long term care or with individuals with dementia required
• Nursing administration or management experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess and make sound nursing judgement, deal effectively with all levels of nursing personnel, and work effectively as part of the nursing team
