**Duties:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Coordinate heavy lifting tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed in the shop

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in automotive repair or auto body repair

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
