Our Driver/Maintenance Assistant Will:

• Transport residents via company car, van or other vehicle to appointments, events, store, and other locations.
• Work closely with residents to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Ensure community building, work areas, grounds, property, etc. are maintained at the highest standard.
• Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.

Our Driver/Maintenance Assistant Has:

• A valid driver's license and good driving record (Chauffer’s license is required in the state of Iowa).
• 1 years of maintenance experience in a senior living or related industry role or equivalent education.
• The ability to complete minor repairs and operate applicable tools and equipment.
• A current CPR/BLS certification (recommended but not required).
• Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
