Direct Support Professional/Driver

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Accompany individuals to appointments, outings, and social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in senior care, hospice care, assisted living, or working with people with autism is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of social work principles and practices is a plus
