We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Purchaser/Dispatcher to join our Heritage Imaging team. **MUST RESIDE IN SPOKANE AREA**

Position Summary:

• Answer directly and act as liaison between service department engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and customers to HSS department manager.
• Field calls, emails and Heritage Imaging work order portal submissions. If necessary, inquire about further details related to requests.
• Create and prioritize work orders in Field Service under three categories: Internal, External, and 3rd Party.
• Coordinate with the clinical department and third parties on expected service times.
• Dispatch field service personnel.
• Assist Field Service Engineers in procuring parts/supplies associated with work orders.
• Respond to queries regarding products and deliveries.
• Supervise the daily routes of field service personnel.
• Maintain logs, records and documentation.
• Review and edit work order resolution notes.
• Purchase parts and supplies for Heritage Imaging and 3rd Party customers.
• Cross-reference obsolete and manufacturer parts for easier to source and more affordable options.
• Manage field service PO system.
• Constructing part logs with primary and secondary vendors.
• Prepare cost estimates.
• Manage supplier relations, prices and timelines.
• Coordinate “inventory” needs pertaining to storage, van and trailer stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to use a computer and other office technology.
• Able to sit for long periods of time.
• Effective telephone and administrative skills.
• Familiar with data entry systems.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Adaptable and strategic.
• Responsiveness to customers and technicians.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in phone-based customer service or previous dispatch experience.
• Prior mechanical and/or HVAC exposure.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Field Service.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
