Our Driver/Maintenance Assistant Will:

• Transport residents via company car, van or other vehicle to appointments, events, store, and other locations.
• Work closely with residents to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Ensure community building, work areas, grounds, property, etc. are maintained at the highest standard.
• Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
• Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
