2. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the dealership. This includes sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
3. Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused environment. Address customer concerns with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
4. Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales and market share. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
5. Quality of Work Life: Promote a healthy work-life balance for employees. Implement policies that support family values and employee well-being.
6. Financial Management: Responsible for the dealership's financial health. Oversee budgets, set financial goals, and ensure profitability.
7. Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships within the V-Twin/Motorcycle community. Organize and participate in community events, rides, and fundraisers. Be the face of the dealership in the rider community.
8. Brand Ambassador: Uphold and promote the brand values of the dealership. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
· Passionate about motorcycles, particularly V-Twin models.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
· Financial insight and experience in budget management.
· Customer service oriented with a focus on community engagement.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
· Stay informed about changes in the powersports industry and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
