Job Description –General Manager
· The General Manager will work to develop trust and credibility with employees while demonstrating honest & ethical behavior and follow up with employees when expectations are not met.
· Lead staff and set standards of excellence through leading by example and providing on-the-job feedback and professional development.
· Follow and comply with company policies and procedures and hold self accountable for tasks
· Serve as a liaison between HR corporate team and restaurant staff to inform of company updates.
· Complete and process human resource forms correctly & consistently while recording labor reports and payroll statistics on a daily basis.
· Utilize reporting forms, including incident reports, guest complaints, employee evaluations, and FBI reports appropriately.
· Make deposits and place service calls and maintenance calls
· Set FOH schedules and work with the Executive Chef to set BOH schedules for high productivity
· Conduct inventories and oversee costs and controls in the store
· Touch tables and interact with guests while striving to maintain 100% guest satisfaction
· Manage operations effectively in FOH and BOH during service hours and opening/closing
· Strong LBW knowledge is essential in this role
