Heritage currently hiring seeking a highly motivated and customer service-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Duties:

- Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of various vehicles

- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget

- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize profitability

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets

- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, including specifications, pricing, and availability

- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:

- Proven track record in automotive sales or retail sales

- Strong understanding of retail math and sales techniques

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Proficiency in software applications related to inventory control and sales management
