Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Associate Attorney to work on a hybrid schedule in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of personal injury claims from inception through and including trial.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years civil litigation experience, including arguing and attending hearings, drafting motions, attending mediations/arbitrations
• Must have experience drafting and responding to discovery
• Must have conducted at least 50 depositions
• Must have experience preparing cases for trial, including preparing Motions in Limine and prepping witnesses
• Trial experience required
• Personal Injury experience is preferred
• Licensed with the NY State Bar
