Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facility, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Perform various groundskeeping tasks such as mowing (manicured lawn and pasture), weed-eating, baling and storing hay, and fence pair
- Operate power tools and equipment for landscaping and maintenance purposes
- Conduct routine maintenance on lawn care equipment
- Support general upkeep of outdoor areas

Qualifications:

- Experience in groundskeeping or related field preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and power tools
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging and lifting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
