Hermosa Corporation is seeking a Quality Control-Certified Welding Inspector to join our team! Hermosa Corporation is a Central New York manufacturer/supplier of high quality steel highway safety products.

The Quality Control/ Certified Welding Inspector is responsible for overseeing the quality of the work being produced in the shops. This person communicates with the foremen to ensure that the work meets all standards, codes and specifications as deemed necessary by the contract plans and Hermosa Corporation’s Quality Control Manual.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in a quality control function in a manufacturing environment and have the CWI certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• steel fabrication environment: 3 years (Required)
• Certified Welding Inspector Certification: 3 years (Required)
