The Cybersecurity C&A Analyst will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to the authorization of information systems and all associated cybersecurity policies and procedures. Successful candidates will be fully versed in the general tenets supporting the overall DOD implementation of its authorization process, to include supporting cybersecurity policy, procedures and processes. Successful candidates will have demonstrable expertise of how the security controls identified in the NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, and Perdue Model apply to the process of validating and authorizing an OT/FRCS infrastructure/system. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required in order to brief senior management on the progress or results of an information system undergoing the authorization process.

Experience
  • 5 years of relevant C&A experience; Risk Management Framework
  • 3 years of experience with eMASS
  • Strong knowledge of NIST 800-82 Rev 2, and Purdue Model
  • Experience in assessing security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large, complex organizations.
Skills, Certs and Clearance
  • (RMF) and NIST C&A experience
  • DOD cybersecurity experience
  • DHS ICS 301/301V or 401/401V certificates '
  • DOD Secret Clearance
  • Must be eligible for IT II
  • Relevant certification meeting DOD 8570.01 IAM level III
