Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing sales of products and inventory
- Managing profitable growth in sales revenue through planning
- Managing all sales personnel.
- Identifying all sales objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales earnings
- Establishing effective programs to compensate, coach, and train sales personnel
- Appraising new and pre-owned vehicles
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in automotive sales management
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean 3-year driving record for insurance purposes
- Experience working with automotive sales software
- Great Work Ethic!
