Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Senior Financial Analyst supports long term strategic planning for the organization, which includes managing the company’s capital budget, cash flow forecasting and long-term scenario planning. Must be able to fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal sources to support decision-making and provide necessary insight to executives. Individual must be flexible, proactive and able to work with ambiguity. Individual must be able to commit to the time requirements of this position, which may demand extended hours as required.
Scope of Responsibilities:

• Lead the quarterly capital budgeting process
• Manage the company’s long-term financial plan
• Forecast medium to long-term cash flows
• Assist with lender reporting requirements
• Assist with financial evaluation of acquisition candidates

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a business-related field with 2 to 3 years business-related experience.
• Thorough computer-based analytical skills (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics and financial statement relationships
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical & ability to prioritize workflow
• Ability to deliver high quality work and execute under pressure and deadlines
• Strong verbal, written and in-person communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

• Prior experience working in financial analyst role
• Experience in financial modeling
• Experience in basic valuation tools, e.g., discounted cash flow analysis

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA preferred
• Work Experience: 2 – 3 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
