Custodian / Janitorial Crew - Part-Time

The job responsibilities of a Custodian consist of keeping our Service Department maintained in World Class condition for our Customers and Staff. Custodian / Janitorial Crew Duties include:

Safely operate a floor scrubbing machine, manual mop, and power washer to keep shop floors immaculate

Clean window and door glass, aluminum, steel, wood, plastic, and other surfaces

Clean and disinfect furniture, fixtures, and equipment

Clean, set up, and arrange customer lounge area

Identify and report possible building problems and repairs

Reporting to work on-time and as scheduled

Other duties as assigned

Custodian / Janitorial Crew Qualifications:

Ability to communicate clearly.

At least 2 years custodial / janitorial experience.

Must be able to work independently and have a pleasant and professional demeanor.

Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, some lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing and walking.

Must have a valid Driver's License with minimal to no points.
