About the Role: Based in the heart of Chicago, working in a hybrid environment (remote and in office) you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that fuel our success in the US market, driving revenue growth, growing a sales team, and building strong relationships with clients in the US market. You'll work closely with our team of experts to identify new opportunities, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the US territory.
  • Manage, grow, and motivate a team of sales professionals based in Chicago.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the US market understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities in the US market.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in consulting services and software sales.
  • Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals in the US market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and a drive to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications (not obligated):

  • Experience with Agile methodologies or Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
