POSITION OVERVIEW: The Luxury Field Sales Manager is responsible for managing/growing Hess Persson Estates brands within Lighthouse Accounts with focus on key metropolitan cities. This involves the Planning/Pre-Selling, Execution, Performance Evaluation, and Course-Correcting of programs in designated accounts. This role is responsible for Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
