Job Summary:
The Warranty Administrator at Hessert Chevrolet will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's warranty procedures and processes. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of all warranty claims and invoices, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent communication and support to both internal and external customers. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with opportunities for growth within the auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and potential bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and invoices accurately and within established timeframes
- Verify and validate warranty coverage for all customer claims
- Work closely with service technicians and advisors to ensure all necessary documentation is completed for warranty claims
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty coverage and resolution of any issues
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and report on trends and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers with inquiries related to warranty claims
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and updates in warranty procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warranty administration role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in warranty procedures and processes
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
