Core responsibilities: ​

• Partner with the Performance Enablement team and the change management lead to develop a comprehensive change intervention to ensure a successful rollout and adoption​
• Perform end-to-end performance enablement process mapping to identify the differences, change impact, and derive solutions to execute the change plan​
• Build stakeholder engagement collateral, performance enablement training materials, and website content for people leaders, team members, and HR​
• Work with Performance Enablement project leads and the HR technology team to understand the impact of process change on end users​
• Prepare presentation deck and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, as needed​

Key competencies and experience​

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing mid-large scale change communication and organization development interventions, preferably related to HR systems and performance management/talent processes​
• Certification or knowledge in Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR is preferred but not necessary​
• Combination of technical/functional, interpersonal, project management and leadership skills​
• Agile thinker and ability to collaborate​
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal​
• Action oriented​
