This role will lead out on all planning and strategy activities for the North America Retail Channel. This individual will work directly with sales leadership, product category teams along with a wide range of internal support organizations to define, manage and operationally execute business plans against defined strategic objectives. As a member of the team, you will engage closely with channel sales leaders to drive business execution excellence on a daily basis. In this role you will work closely with the NA Retail Channel Sales team to develop insights to drive and improve business performance. This position is highly visible, provides broad exposure to a multi-billion-dollar business and will expose you to a broad range of business issues and challenges. This is a complex, demanding and rapidly evolving business environment that requires analytic dexterity and creativity, a demonstrated ability to engage with and influence a wide range of individuals both inside and outside the organization as well as serve as a trusted business advisor to senior sales leaders in the NA market.
