Hewlett-Packard is Hiring a Total Rewards Delivery Manager Near Spring, TX

Job Summary

The Total Rewards Program Delivery Manager will lead and direct the delivery of complex cross-functional programs in total rewards. This role is critical in ensuring that our rewards programs are deployed consistently and effectively across all regions and businesses.

This role will have leadership over Requirements Development & Testing, Project Management, Communications & Training, as well as Audit & Reconciliation. It will also be responsible for the creation of analytics and reporting required as part of program delivery. There is a heavy emphasis on collaboration both within the organization and with partner teams outside of Total Rewards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the design and delivery for the Annual Rewards Program processes, Compensation Checkpoint, and other compensation programs.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders, both inside and external to Total Rewards, to create and deploy compensation programs to the organization. Candidate is able to manage multiple concurrent programs effectively. This role will manage the rollout of multiple total rewards programs encompassing compensation and/or benefits that impact employees in multiple countries and/or businesses.

  • Guide partner teams in the implementation of technologies supporting Total Rewards Programs. This includes extracting requirements from a vision, translating those requirements into solutions, and working with the Systems/IT teams to implement solutions in HP systems.

  • Own the Management of Change for Global Compensation Programs. This includes Management of Change plan development, creation and delivery of training programs, and creation/delivery for messaging / communications to client groups.

  • Deep understanding of the Global Compensation Environment and able to take a leadership role on Pay Equity Delivery, Pay Transparency Implementation, and requirements related to job changes/salary changes in a country

  • Responsible for identifying and creation of analytics for sponsors, stakeholders, client groups, and managers for Total Rewards Programs.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, and once approved, lead the implementation of controls.

  • Manage allocation of team members needed for rewards delivery

  • Collaborates with senior leaders to resolve highly complex total rewards issues.

  • Proactive and results oriented, with the ability to work within a sometimes ambiguous, rapidly changing, geographically dispersed and complex environment.

  • Proven consulting and influencing skills; ability to drive business goals through HR / Compensation strategies in an innovative and creative way.


Education & Experience
Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, Business, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in compensation management and administration, employee benefits and rewards, finance, or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical and technical skills; Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and proficiency with other Microsoft applications required.

  • Deep expertise in summarizing key points for programs and creating executive-ready presentations with high-quality, relevant visualizations to clearly communicate ideas to senior leadership.

  • Knowledge and use of Power BI for analytics tools. Preferred candidate will have other programming language experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $140,000 - $160,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
