As the Workforce Solutions Worldwide Planning and Business Manager , you will play a critical role in WS by supporting the organization’s financials and driving strategic direction via the long-term planning process. You will partner with the Portfolio and Market Enablement, Strategy, Finance, GTM, and Managed Solutions Portfolio Team leadership to lead and drive visibility and develop governance in the long-term planning, budget, and quota processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Portfolio and Marketing Enablement, Finance, and GBU teams to create a governance process as well as lead and drive visibility to the long-term planning, budget, and quota processes for Managed Solutions
  • Create a process for the Managed Solutions budget ensuring continuity with the strategic objectives, Portfolio initiatives, and GTM offerings.
  • Support and align on the Managed Solutions quota in partnership with the BMS and Portfolio teams
  • Manages cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
  • Counsels business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions.
  • Develops and executes forward-thinking strategies for building and nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • Develops recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance while mitigating risks.
  • Lead highly complex, time- sensitive requests from the business and our partners. Work across functions and teams to drive clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Support the development of effective presentation materials for executive-level reviews related to finances, budget, and operational insight.
  • On an ad hoc basis, lead and/or support special projects that require coordination across functions

Education & Experience:

  • First level university degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10 years of finance, marketing, business management, managed services experience, planning, strategy, category, business and/or P&L management.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Superior project management skills, with capability to partner and manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies. Demonstrated ability to solicit, motivate and manage contributions from subject matter experts across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries.
  • Understanding of the services industry, offering categories and HP offerings/ strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships across organizational boundaries.
  • Solution & Service offering experience
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills; mastery in English. Demonstrated strong ability to condense and simplify complex content for executive consumption and verbal, written, and visual communication.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HP
