Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a skilled and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. This newly created role offers an opportunity to drive HR strategies that align with business goals, promote a strong culture, and enhance organizational performance within a global leader in digital reality solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and operational expertise to support our growth and performance objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment
- Partner with leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering growth and team performance.
- Talent Management
- Oversee strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Collaborate with leaders on succession planning and career path development for key roles.
- Identify and address skills gaps through employee development initiatives.
- Organizational Development
- Lead organizational change efforts, providing support and resources to enable smooth transitions.
- Assess and enhance the effectiveness of organizational structures, recommending improvements as needed.
- Performance Management
- Guide managers in goal setting, feedback, and evaluation processes to foster team growth.
- Implement and track performance metrics to inform improvements in team and individual performance.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Cultivate a positive work culture that enhances engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and coach managers and team members as required.
- Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize HR analytics to monitor workforce trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Present HR performance data on turnover, retention, and workforce demographics to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR business partner or similar strategic role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to align HR initiatives with strategic business goals.
- Skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and change management.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, culturally diverse environment.
- Customer service focus with a proactive attitude.
- Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
