Purpose of Position:

The purpose of a Global Data Entry, HR Specialist is to support the Human Resource department in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records across multiple platforms for multiple locations worldwide. You will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize Human Resources processes on a global scale. Responsible for analyzing HR data from various sources, including employee records, performance metrics, and engagement surveys, which will identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform HR strategies and initiatives. This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements, gathering and cleaning data, and developing reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators. The Global Data Entry, HR Specialist will conduct in-depth analyses to address specific HR challenges, such as talent retention, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

* Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify data needs and requirements.

* Gather, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources such as SAP, Regional payroll reports & BambooHR to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

* Develop and maintain HR dashboards (e.g. Power BI), reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and performance indicators.

* Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

* Support in Onboarding and Offboarding processes by coordinating the information on all platforms to reflect both processes by updating the employee records.

* Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.

* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations on multiple platforms.

* Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and decision-making.

* Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and Data.

* Complete monthly and quarterly audits.

Knowledge and Experience - Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.

* Certification in HR or related discipline (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

* Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in HR or a related function.

* Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SAP, BambooHR, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

* Experience with global HR data management and familiarity with international employment laws and regulations.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

* Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

* Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.

* High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

* Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Knowledge and Experience - Desired:

* Bilingual in Spanish

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
