Job DescriptionCome to Lincoln City, a small beach community on the central Oregon coast and enjoy miles of unspoiled beaches, unlimited outdoor activities, a friendly work and community environment, fresh air and a high quality of life. We have a newly remodeled and well-equipped outpatient facility located on the campus of a 16 bed critical access hospital. This is an outpatient orthopedic position; Experience with epic is helpful. Enjoy 45-minute treatment times, professional camaraderie, and a supportive and dynamic therapy environment." you must be highly proficient and experienced in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The primary caseload is adults and older adults.
Department DescriptionThe Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, we offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back and extremity care. At SNLH, we have a large and well equipped outpatient therapy department located within a 25 bed critical access hospital. Enjoy a dynamic and supportive therapy environment, professional camaraderie and 45 minute treatment times.
Experience/Education/QualificationsCurrent unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
