The Charlton Group is seeking a talented and experienced technical project manager to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation across our client base. The right candidate will be a team player and have a deep understanding of project management methodologies. They will be an excellent communicator and be able to clearly articulate the next steps and push projects forward through an interactive, collaborative approach. They will demonstrate a sense of urgency, have strong organizational skills, and follow through on commitments to achieve high-quality, repeatable results.
This role will work alongside our technical team managing a multitude of projects for small elite businesses in the financial and healthcare industries. Projects will encompass a diverse team including technical experts, executive leadership, vendors, and end users, and will typically be related to IT infrastructure, business applications, security, and networking deployments.
Our work environment provides a successful work/life balance for our team and at the same time allows us to meet our clients IT requirements. We work hybrid schedules with most of the time remote with on-site frequency determined by role. We have a culture of sharing ideas and supporting and learning from each other, providing a collaborative and team-centric work environment.
