Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs.
Essential Job DutiesAdminister medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
Assist CNAs With Answering Call Lights And Other ResponsibilitiesUpdate physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
Perform other duties as requested.

ShiftsFull Time, Day Shift: week 1: four - 9 hour shifts & week 2: five - 8 hours shifts, every other weekend and vacation rotation
