Hexaquest Health is Hiring an IL -- Cath Lab Rad Tech -- Days ID 2024-14876 Near Carbondale, IL
Job DescriptionThis is not a need for just a RCIS. We need special procedure techs that have ARRT RT(R) and an IEMA license to run the camera
4x 10 hour shifts
1 week night and every 4th weekend of call. 30 min to get here and be ready to work.
We have Philips, cannon, and siemens x-ray machines and ACIST injectors.
Would love someone with coronary and peripheral experience and structural & complex experience is even better. Expectation to scrub and run the cameras. We utilize both 3 and 4 person teams depending on the procedure.

What You Will DoRole Specific Responsibilities
Performs diagnostic radiographic exams.
Utilizes PACS and EMR systems
Performs interventional procedures per protocol and established procedures.
Maintains appropriate IV and Contrast Competency
Follows established protocols and procedures for proper patient position, exposure control, and radiation protection.
Performs office duties as needed.
Communicates clearly and effectively with all involved in the patient care process.
Cleans and inspects departmental equipment
Cleans and stocks Imaging rooms.
What You Will NeedEducation
Associate degree
Licenses and Certification
ARRT Certification in Radiology
