Community Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) teams for night shifts. Our hospital is committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment for our staff. ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg and ICU units.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State].
BSN preferred; ASN considered with relevant experience.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
PALS certification preferred for ICU positions.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Med-Surg or ICU setting.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
