Job DescriptionPosition reports to HR Director. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree required (cannot be 'in process'). At least three years of HR, recruitment, education and/or workforce development experience required. Prior experience at a management level, however, is not required.
This position will function as the Genesis school/college liaison, building relationships with schools that will involve educating students on healthcare careers, assisting with curriculum development for technical programs, coordinating/attending job/career/school fairs, etc. This manager's goal will be to promote the choice of a healthcare careers within the younger local workforce. Candidate must have experience with public speaking and excel with such.
