Job DescriptionHOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE EXPERIENCE AND MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TRAVELING FROM PATIENT TO PATIENT FOR HOME VISITS AND MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE AND ADJUST TO CHANGES TO SCHEDULE\*\*\* \*\*\*EMR system is HealthWyse (Casamba) out of MA\*\*\* Days. Outpatient care. M-F 8-5 with some weekend coverage. Some ON-CALL may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis. . \*\*Facility does their own Background check as well\*\*
