Job Description

Program Director/Delivery Owner would be onboarded to drive program level executions, strategic initiatives, streamline projects and elevate project delivery effectiveness.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Overall accountable for end-to-end project deliveries & executive level communications
• Provide thought leadership for new initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency across all projects.
• Enable overall monitoring, tracking & reporting of different projects at program level along with RAID communication and stakeholders.
• Provide management oversight across all project executions including guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
• Represent ServiceNow Project (Build) organization in Steerco from program team perspective.
• Define & drive overall execution strategy, vision, success measures and outcomes.
• Regular engagement with ServiceNow Impact Team for better alignment of new projects
• Ensure effective communication and PMO’s alignment with the business strategy, program roadmap, project executions & regular reporting and platform governance policies.
• Focus on continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
