• 8-10 years of experience as Business/Data Analyst and overall progressive experience supporting a divisional/enterprise data driven initiatives
• Production Support of systems
• Experience with Data flux & SAS, Unix, SQL, - Python is a nice-to-have.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Visio etc.)
• Overseeing development Data flux jobs: Conceptualization, impact analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation and change management.
• Managing the pipeline of work associated with Data flux and prioritizing / assigning work to team members
• Creating and delivering status reports to senior management
• Support SOX audit processes
• Driving high level strategy and approach for supporting and increasing adoption of Data flux and communicating the strategy to the stakeholders
• Acting as the main point of contact between the Data flux team and outside groups (both IT support groups and business stakeholders)
• Developing and maintaining a productive working relationship with high-level portfolio/project sponsors, key client contacts and workstream leads to ensure cohesive execution
• Synthesizing information from multiple workstreams / partners to create a unified program plan
• Overseeing and tracking each phase of project creation process (i.e., conceptualization through ongoing support/change management) in order to ensure teamwide deliverables are met
• Establishing and continually refining internal team processes in order to deliver on communicated deadlines / promote transparency into the work being performed
• Contributing to the creation of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reporting
• Identifying risks and issues; establish mitigation plan to facilitate issue resolution
• Experience setting team priorities and individual team member priorities
• Proven track record of managing multiple program workstreams
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changes
• Experience establishing internal processes to manage work associated with multiple workstreams / objectives
• Background with Accounting and Financials a plus (i.e., reconciliations)
