Overview:

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company in search of dedicated Assembly Line and Parts Assembly Operators to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our assembly line and parts manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly line tasks and parts assembly with precision and attention to detail
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required in the production process
• Obtain and maintain a level 1 fingerprint clearance as a mandatory condition of employment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in assembly line work or related field (preferred; not required)
• Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be willing to work some weekends and overtime as needed
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Must be able to pass a Level 1 FBI Fingerprint background check

Compensation and Benetifs:

• Starting pay: $17.00 an hour
• Pay increase to $19.00 an hour after completing a satisfactory 90-day probationary period
• Medical, vision, and dental insurance paid in full by Heya Wellness after 90-days
• Bi-Weekly pay schedule
