Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Back of House Team Member to join our team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include ingredients preparation and restocking toppings for our front of house operations.
Responsibilities:
- Washing, peeling, and cutting mangos and strawberries
- Prepare Bingsoo(shaved ice) liquid base, waffle batter, mochi and other ingredients as needed
- Prepare strawberry and mango puree
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Operate kitchen equipment such as induction oven, mixer and blender
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure timely service
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knife skills for cutting fruits
Skills:
- Food safety knowledge and adherence to regulations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Legally authorized to work in US is a must
Rate:
-Starting from $17/hour
