Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or a related field.
• Board certification in dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid medical license in the state of IL.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in dermatology or cosmetic medicine.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical or medical director role.
• Expertise in medical-grade aesthetic treatments, including dermaplaning, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
• Experience in developing and implementing clinical protocols and training programs.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical oversight and develop treatment guidelines.
• Ensure all treatments meet the highest medical and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee clinical audits and stay updated on regulatory changes.

• Align clinical strategies with business objectives in collaboration with senior management.
