THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize a heavy complex litigation workload
• Ability to review and analyze complex medical records
• Ability to provide case managerial support to a busy attorney team
• Ability to work independently, and with support staff
• Desire to be proactive in case management
• Desire to help build an extraordinary team

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A PARALEGAL

• Minimum of eight years of law firm experience focusing on complex civil litigation
• Experience with medical record analysis is required
• Experience with document management systems is required
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with focus on Excel
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate required
