Job responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, including but not limited to membership growth plans, brand promotion, sales enhancement, etc.
Manage and optimize brand presentations and product promotions on delivery, order and list platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior in depth, and adjust and optimize marketing strategies based on data analysis results.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that marketing activities and strategies are aligned with the company's overall goals and brand image.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust strategies in time to respond to market changes.
Work with product, sales, customer service and other teams across departments to drive project progress and achieve goals.
Job requirements:
More than 3 years experience in delivery platform operation.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies, familiar with the operating model of online platforms such as takeout and ordering.
Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using Google Analytics, SEO tools and other analysis software.
Have a strong market insight, can accurately grasp consumer demand and market changes.
Excellent project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English, able to effectively communicate with international teams and partners.
