Job Responsibilities

Barista Responsibilities:

• Master various tea-making processes
• Ensure the taste and quality of beverages meet company standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of tea-making equipment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and consistency in production

Ingredient Preparer Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle tea ingredients
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Assist baristas in the preparation of beverages

Front Desk Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, handle orders, and answer inquiries
• Maintain a positive service attitude and professional appearance
• Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate accounting
• Assist with other daily store operations

Job Requirements

Barista Requirements:

• Prior experience in tea making preferred
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Ingredient Preparer Requirements:

• Experience in a kitchen or food industry preferred
• Good hygiene practices
• Positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to complete tasks on time
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Front Desk Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience in cashiering and customer service preferred
• Proficiency in using a cash register
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Compensation

• Full-time: Starting at $20 per hour, with room for growth
