Create a positive and engaging studio environment for the team and our guestsAct as an appropriate leader and coach to an entry level team.

Uphold a transparent, kind, solution based, and goal focused communication standard across the board.

Assist in pre-hire conversations and engagement - aligning secondary interviews for your manager - leading a team as the world's best optical experience in mind.

When elevating a blocker, approaching the conversation thoughtfully with solutions in hand to assist in the strategizing for HQ

Create and strive to reach daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, new customer goals and AOV goals

Host daily pre-shift meetings where all sales and conversion goals are discussed and strategized.

Present a weekly download slideshow - rallying the team around the sales week over week - setting goals for the weekend ahead and announcing any new initiative or bulletins.

Conduct performance reviews for studio team members bi annually. Scheduling monthly 1:1s with the studio team that feel bonding, productive, goal based throughout the timeline

Be the owner of our scheduling application - managing all studio staff hours, new additions, staff removal and sched requests. This includes managing all paid/sick leave and coordinating with HQ and HR when applicable

Act as gatekeeper for all communal applications; removing or adding staff as necessary

Have a bi-weekly sync with the clinical and lab leads to check in on individual goals, blockers, and triumphs. Establishing connections and rallying around each other's secular successes will strengthen our overall success.

Oversee all onsite RJPs. Effectively evaluate, note, and debrief the experience to department heads for next steps

Responsible for extending and finalizing job offers- acting as the pre-hire and admin onboarding liaison

Own the studio flow - actively manage the studio throughout the day. Fluttering throughout the space; checking in on the lab, exam and sales floor processes. Ensuring everyone has what they need to succeed and product time goals are being met

Identify improvements and changes that can increase efficiencies with in studio applications and tools - be clear, thoughtful and solution based

Collaborate with the Training and Development lead to smooth out CX communications and elevate certain customer experiences appropriately for long term solutions

Communicate about frame information.

Create a clear path to HR - establish employee connectors and facilitate a relationship with the team and HR

Account for daily product shipping to satellites

Act as the on-site liaison for building maintenance needs; coordinating repairs, walk thrus, cleaning services, etc. Manage showroom supply needs of the service desk, showroom, break room and exam lane - budgets determined

Process payroll for the Flagship location staff

Ensure that internal messaging is a concise communication tool - always using appropriate and thoughtful candor
