**The Role:**

The Customer Care Consultant is primarily responsible for reaching out and communicating with our Customers on a daily basis. This incudes offering solutions to their needs as well as reaching out to those Customers who have not made contact with us recently.

* Completely satisfy all Customers in order to build Customer loyalty.

* Become familiar with new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to the customer.

* Plan and Coordinate customer events and vehicle launches as requested.

* Master all aspects of the process of handling phone calls, including; answering phone calls professionally and scheduling all appointments with the desk and on the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

**What you bring as a Direct Sales Associate:**

* High school diploma or equivalent is required.

* Have some flexibility to come in early and stay late.

* The pay range for this position is $12-$15 per hour.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* The ability to determine a customers needs by asking questions in a professional manner, listening to the customer and documenting those needs.

* Great computer/technology skills.

* High energy partnered with a positive attitude.

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
