WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and implement creative social media plans and strategies to maintain and strengthen HHHunt's online presence.
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with Marketing Team and business area leaders.
- Manage social media campaigns for all HHHunt business areas.
- Manage social media vendors, contracts and budget for social media content.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and business area leaders to plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with HHHunt's brand identity and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media initiatives and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive engagement with followers and actively manage the HHHunt social media community.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
REQUIREMENTS
- High-School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience/education in social media, marketing, or advertising is required or 4-year college degree in media, marketing, or related field is required and 2 years of experience/education in social media, marketing, or advertising is required.
- Experience with Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Canva and Wrike a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media channels and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media content creation, including graphic design and copywriting.
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative in working towards common goals.
- Results based and deadline driven.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Strategic planner as it pertains to marketing.
- Willingness to accommodate after-hours work as needed for social media engagement.

HHHunt is committed to offering competitive pay. The annual base salary for this position starts at $49,500 and may increase depending on skills and experience.
