HHM CPAs is looking for an Admin Assistant to support the leadership in our Germantown, TN office. This position will be critical to the day to day operations of the CPA firm as its continues to grow.

This position is on-site in Germantown, TN.

Duties:

• Sorting & scanning tax documents
• Proofreading billing forms and documents
• Preparing new client setup information & engagement letters
• Processing completed tax returns, filing in the correct folders and internal systems
• Using of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (as needed)
• Answering a multi-line telephone system, routing and screening calls as situation permits
• Calmly handling both in-person and virtual client interactions
• Creating binders for client financials and tax returns
• Other admin duties as needed
