We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, possess mechanical and electrical knowledge, and be proficient in managing maintenance operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance team's daily activities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and volt meters
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Proficiency in managing maintenance schedules and resources effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems is a plus
