Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with front desk duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent team management and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience in event planning and coordination & ordering supplies
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
- Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a full-time position with competitive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
