HI Management is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Fort Wayne, IN

Job Summary
HI Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee and manage our properties within a designated region. As a Regional Property Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our communities by ensuring efficient operations, maximizing revenue, KPI performance management, staff development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Oversee property maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects

_Oversee the day to day operations of multiple properties within the region
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance and profitability
- Lead and mentor property management teams to deliver exceptional operating results
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, analyze market trends and forecasts for each property
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site property managers and staff

-Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance assessments

-Prepare and present reports to senior management on property performance and financials

-Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations

Qualifications

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years regional role
- Experience with LIHTC, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Proficiency in property management software, preferred Yardi
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively

-Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

-Proven ability to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property management
- Ability to travel by automobile75% of the time
