The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing and operations professional who can serve as an executive assistant and producer to support Nick's creative and strategic initiatives. 

This is a full-time role based in Chicago to work closely with Nick and the HI-VIBE leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and directing the brand's influencer and ambassador programs, including providing them with key messaging and content to focus on when promoting the company's cleanses and products.
• Creating and posting content on the brand's social media channels, as well as engaging with the online community. 
• Overseeing the production of marketing materials such as updated menus, collateral for events and partnerships, and other brand assets. 
• Providing production support and direction for video content, including helping to keep Nick on task and prioritized. 
• Assisting with copywriting and ensuring brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing channels. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, project manager, or executive assistant role, preferably for a wellness brand or DTC company
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and keep Nick on track
• Proficiency in video production, social media management, and content creation
• Interest in juicing, fasting, spirituality, meditation, & elevating vibrational frequencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the Chicago market and local influencer/ambassador landscape

This is a full-time position with the potential to grow into a more senior marketing role as the company scales.
