Job Title: Event Planner

Duties:

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of corporate events, including trade show, golf outing and networking events
• Manage event budgets, including negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment setup etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement
