HIA-LI is Hiring a Marketing Associate Near Hauppauge, NY
HIA-LI, one of the recognized voices for Long Island business, is looking for a motivated self-starter to assist in the branding and marketing efforts of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have formal education in marketing and/or 1 years of equivalent experience. The Marketing Associate will create marketing material for a variety of business events, including flyers, email blasts, our monthly HIA-LI Reporter newspaper, E-Newsletter, and update our website with this material.
In addition, the candidate will manage and maintain content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Salary is based on experience.
Skills/Requirements:
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Canva
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)
- Ability to create creative and engaging content for social media
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Basic knowledge of HTML or WordPress
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Excel
- Knowledge of Constant Contact is a plus
Applicant must be able to travel to Hauppauge, NY for work Mon-Fri.
